Anastasia Brown
Anastasia got her start in real estate at 18 — because apparently normal college hobbies weren’t ambitious enough. While at the University of Alabama earning her Accounting degree, she was also running her own short-term rentals & renovating the Hermann Motel, a casual boutique motel, giving her valuable, hands-on experience. With a background in ownership, accounting, & operations, she’s big on solutions & low on drama. Her general philosophy? Most problems are figure-out-able. She stays calm under pressure & puts her energy into finding solutions & staying positive.
Originally from Ukraine & fluent in Russian, Anastasia has spent most of her life in South City & now calls The Hill home. She also loves the neighborly feel of Shrewsbury & the Central West End for its it’s shopping & liveliness.
When she’s not working, she’s probably traveling, doing CrossFit, watching Alabama or Chiefs football (preferably when they’re winning), or hanging out by a fire with friends. She has two dogs: Loki, a chaotic overachiever, & Cookie, proudly chunky & equally lovable. Anastasia's friends look to her for advice on adulting — fixing things, staying calm, & making a plan when things go sideways. She tends to take on more responsibility than most people expect, likes to stay busy & has a hard time saying no to a good side quest.
St. Louis is home, & she’s all in — personally & professionally. Clients can expect someone steady, resourceful, & ready to make the process smooth (& maybe even a little fun).
